Hosted by the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, 2014 National Academic Conference of several complex variables in 2014 August 24 to 26 was successfully held in our school.

Theory of functions of several complex variables and bombs and one satellite continental hydrocarbon theory, synthetic bovine insulin, is the new General Secretary Xi Jinping, China's Science Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering academicians speech on the Assembly in June this year cited achievement. After returning home in 1950, Mr. Hua complete theory of functions of several complex variables results, won the first National Natural Science Award, was evaluated as leading the West at least ten years; Tsang also founded the China School of several complex variables.

Conference showcases the latest research progress and more complex function theory. Zhang Weiping Chern Mathematics Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhou Xiangyu Academy of Sciences, Professor Liu Kefeng University of California, Professor Paris seven small South marijuana, Professor Zhang Genkai University of Gothenburg, Sweden, China and the Executive Dean of HKUST School of Mathematics, Professor Li Jiayu done a wonderful special report. From including Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Xiamen University, Tianjin University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shantou University, Macau University of Science and Technology, Capital Normal University of Science and Technology of China, including more than 30 colleges and universities 160 teachers and students attended the meeting.
